Pickled Watermelon Rind 16 oz. (554g)


An old southern favorite like Grandma's Grandma made it!  Nothing quick and easy about this one but the results are worth it.  Eat them straight out of the jar or wrap with bacon, bake for 20 minutes and serve as an appetizer.

Ingredients: watermelon rind, sugar, lime, vinegar, salt, cinnamon, cloves
