Meatballs in Cranberry Grape and BBQ sauce
1 pound of ground beef
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/3 cup of onion, finely minced
1/4 cup of milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Gently shape into 1-inch balls. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, place meatballs on sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake in oven till cooked through (about 10 minutes).
While meatballs are baking, go ahead and mix in crockpot, a 16oz jar of Two Sisters Cranberry Grape Preserves with one bottle of BBQ sauce. After meatballs have cooked, place them gently in crock pot and gently mix sauce to coat meatballs thoroughly. Warm in crockpot for about 30 minutes on high then lower heat and serve.
Meatballs may be made ahead of time and refrigerated til ready for use.
Two Sisters Cocktail Sausages
(Cocktail Sausages in Pomegrante and Chipolte BBQ sauce)
2 lbs cocktail sausages
1 8oz jar Two Sisters Cranberry Pomegarnte
1 jar Chipolte BBQ sauce
Mix Two Sisters Pomegrante and Chipolte BBQ sauce in crockpot. Add cocktail sausages and stir until coated. Turn crockpot on high heat for 45 minutes then lower heat and serve.
